· Determine why . . .Why are you teaching children? Do you feel that children must learn the Word of God? Should children feel the presence of God? Is just teaching the stories in the Bible enough for you or do you feel children should learn the principles of the story, and learn to apply them to their daily living?
o When you apply our teaching style to your lessons, we believe you will determine that children are subjected to life and decision making on a daily basis. We believe our teaching style will allow you to guide your students to make smart decisions based on biblical principles.
· Determine when . . . When should you teach children? Just 30 minutes in class, or all the time? The children in your class will be watching you as an example. Will they see you worshiping during service? Or in the altar service?
